Cand oul pluteste si se vede 1/2 din el la suprafata sau chiar mai mult, nu se completeaza cu avut in vedere ca nu tot zaharul se transforma in alcool . Din cauza asta daca se pune zahar peste necesarul calculat , ce este in plus va da vinului un gust dulce artificial si gust dulce diferit de cel al vinurilor demiseci sau dulci in care nu s-a adaugat zahar.
